DESCRIPTION:
Bradley Stoke is a retail district centre comprising 170,000 sq ft of retail space consisting of a Tesco store as anchor tenant with adjoining mall and complementary non-food retail outlets supplemented by adjoining offices and a terrace of non-food retail units built around an open square. The works were challenging as the new retail scheme was built around an existing trading store, which had to be kept trading until the new store was ready to open.
