DESCRIPTION:
An urban regeneration scheme won in competition that involved the building of new houses in the shadow of the Cathedral, including a linear parkland area. The specification was to a very high standard with an emphasis on high grade landscaping both hard and soft. Some housing was provided by the Diocese at Liverpool, the remainder by Housing Associations.
