DESCRIPTION:
The new building is a modified Nucleus Template design and connects and extends the previous Phase 1 development. The new structure is a 3-storey structure founded on reinforced concrete foundations and ground beams with a structural steel frame. The main Plant room stands above the second floor roof and is within the new roof space, it also links into the two existing Plant rooms.
