DESCRIPTION: Appointed by Joint Venture Developer Triplex Lloyd Property Development and JJ Gallagher Developments initially to provide full grant appraisal and application services on their behalf to Blackcountry Development Corporation.
Upon successful conclusion of grant application, appointed by Joint Venture Developer to provide full project management and quantity surveying services for this substantial development alongside Junction 9 of the M6 Motorway.
Eventual developments included an Ikea Furniture Superstore, Curry’s Superstore, PC World Superstore, Burger King Restaurant, Riva Bingo, Carland Car Sales Superstore and associated extensive land reclamation, gas remediation, roads, landscaping and external services.
