DESCRIPTION:
This was a two phased Business Park project located close to Manchester Airport. Phase 1 included preparatory works to remove existing concrete slabs, tarmac and buildings followed by construction of a three-storey office building (55,000 sq ft) and a call centre (115,000 sq ft) including car parking, hardstandings, drainage and landscaping. Phase 2 comprised the construction of two three-storey office buildings including car parking, drainage and landscaping covering a total floor area of 97,000 sq ft. The project was completed successfully on time and within budget.
