From M6/M56
- Follow signs for Manchester, proceed along A5103 (Princess Parkway) after M56; At the end of A5103 (approximately five miles after the end of the M56) you arrive at a roundabout (Mancunian Way goes over the roundabout); Take the second exit and go straight ahead at the first set of lights (the junction of Albion Street and Whitworth Street) Turn right into Whitworth Street West and follow it to the junction with Oxford Street. Turn left into Oxford Street, pass the Palace Theatre on your right and take the next right into Portland Street. Continue up Portland Street, through the traffic lights crossing Princess Street then take the next left into Nicholas Street. Follow this road, past the China Town arch on your right, passing across the junction with Mosley Street and the Metro Link Line. Turn right into Fountain Street and follow the road to the junction with York Street. York House is situated on your right hand side above “Coffee Republic”
From M62
- Exit the M62 at junction 18, and follow signs for Manchester City Centre; Carry on down Middleton Road for roughly a mile, (passing under the Metrolink Bridge roughly two thirds of the way); Turn left onto Cheetham Hill Road (A665) at the Halfway House Pub; Continue down Cheetham Hill Road until you reach the M.E.N. Arena; Turn right into Trinity Way, through four sets of lights and on to Quay Street, past Granada Studios and straight over the junction with DeangateCarry on, up Peter Street, over the Metro Link Lines and turn left in front of KFC into Portland Street. Follow Portland Street up, through the traffic lights crossing Princess Street then take the next left into Nicholas Street. Follow this road, past the China Town arch on your right, passing across the junction with Mosley Street and the Metro Link Line. Turn right into Fountain Street and follow the road to the junction with York Street. York House is situated on your right hand side above “Coffee Republic”.
